this will be a soft space to exhale and be held in community. with gentle reflections, shared stories, and quiet moments to land. no need to prepare or perform just come as you are. all women are welcome to attend; however, the mission is to hold space for the postpartum mothers. children who are nursing and immobile are welcome to join their mothers, we are asking that all other children are left outside of the space.

we will be gathering on the floor, so please feel free to bring a bolster or pillow if you would like, however this is not a requirement.

a $25 offering will be collected at registration for village postpartum. if finances are currently tight, please know that you are still very welcome here. reach out to ellie directly, and we can arrange a different form of exchange.
