This space is especially for those who:
feel disconnected from their body
spend most of their time in their head
feel exhausted or overwhelmed
experience inner restlessness
find it difficult to slow down or simply be
believe they are not flexible enough for Yoga
sense that Yoga is about more than just postures want to experience its deeper benefitand
No previous experience is needed.
Because embodiment is not something we achieve,
but a relationship we cultivate.
